Negative: I've stayed twice previously at 365 View Point and had a lovely time so I was terribly, terribly disappointed with my latest stay mainly because of cleanliness. The bathroom sink had very visible stains and the floor still had clumps of hair from previous guests all over. The water drainage was also quite bad. The kettle in the room didn't work either. I'm sad to say that I will not be able to stomach a return unless conditions improve drastically.

Summary: Housekeeping needs to do much better!
